CONTRACT AVALIABLE – INVASIVE NON-NATIVE PLANT SPECIES REMOVAL
The Isle of Gigha Heritage Trust is inviting tenders for the removal of invasive non-native plant species on a landscape scale across the island of Gigha.
The works will include the removal of rhododendron ponticum and skunk cabbage from a number of locations across the island. A variety of treatment methods will be used including stem injection, spraying, manual removal and burning. The works must be completed prior to February 2025.
