The Isle of Gigha Heritage Trust is seeking a contractor to undertake renovation works in the Gigha Hotel bar. The works include the full renovation and modification of the existing bar and cabin space, including new services, systems, and finishes. The works must be completed prior to December 2024. This project is supported by the UK Government Community Ownership Fund.
